INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
CARDIO LIFE
As a progressive, comprehensive, back-to-basics combination of natural products Cardio Life provides preventative health maintenance, blood glucose control and a method for reducing serum cholesterol.
In order to give your body the proper fiber needed you need to take one tablespoonful 3 times a day. Follow the schedule below to allow your body time to adjust to the fiber.
| Days 1-3: ½ Tablespoon (Tbsp.) twice a day. |
| Days 4-6: 1 Tbsp. in the morning and ½ Tbsp. in the evening. |
| Days 7-9: 1 Tbsp. in the morning, ½ Tbsp. at lunch and ½ |
| Days 10-12: 1 Tbsp. In the morning, ½ Tbsp. At lunch, 1 Tbsp. |
| Day 13 on: 1 Tbsp. three times a day. |
| For weight loss, use 10 to 15 minutes prior to each meal, plus once in the evening or four times a day. |
| Children 5 and under: ½ the adult dose |
