( A primary ingredient of Cardio Life is Guar Gum fiber)

Long-term Effects of Guar Fiber in Subjects with Non- insulin- dependent Diabetes Mellitis Guar gum fiber improved tong term glycemic control, postprandial glucose tolerance and lipid concentrations. The C peptide response to a test meal increased with guar fiber treatment, whereas the insulin response remained unchanged. This indicates that insulin secretion is enhanced by guar fiber treatment as reflected by increased C-peptide. A decreased molar ratio of insulin to c-peptide suggests that guar gum may increase hepatic insulin extraction. In conclusion guar fiber has favorable long-term effects on glycemic control and lipid concentrationsAm J Clin Nutr 1993;58;513-8Other References:Anderson, JW,  Dietary  fiber  and coronary heart disease, Department of Medicine University of Kentucky Crit Rev Food Sci  Nutr 1990:29(2):95-147 Medline 90107419Dietary fiber and healthAMA council on Scientific Affairs.  Conn Med 1989 Sept53 9:529-34

COULD YOU BE AT RISK?

The most common form of diabetes is Type 2 Diabetes. Diabetes is characterized by the body’s inability to produce or make proper use of insulin. Type 2 Diabetes and Metabolic Disorder IS preventable with common-sense lifestyle choices including:

 Maintain a healthy weight
 Consume more fruits and vegetables
Choose whole grains over white/refined pasta, bread and rice
Opt for low-fat versions of dairy products
 Choose leaner cuts of meat
Practice portion control even with healthy foods
Exercise for 20-30 minutes at least three times per week

Dietary fiber is known to reduce insulin levels according to the Mayo Clinic. One way to add fiber to your diet is with
Cardio Life which when taken as directed provides 50% of the recommended 30 grams of dietary fiber daily.

Health Rewards International supports objective medical evaluation in determining your current physical state and Health Rewards International is an advocate of gradual natural solutions for health issues including diabetes. There are cases where prescription medication is essential. However, those cases are far less than the number of prescription being written. Consult with your doctor but consult with yourself. Does your doctor’s advice make sense to you. If not, get a second or even a third opinion.

Decades ago medical journals published research demonstrating the benefits of at least 30 grams of dietary fiber daily. The average person is lucky to consume 12 grams on any given day. The result of this diet and associated lifestyle is heart disease, obesity, diabetes and sickness. These health issues and more result from out of control cholesterol, unregulated blood sugar and improperly digested foods.

It is important to understand that unnatural conditions including high or low blood sugar, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity are in most every case a direct result of purposely chosen lifestyles that are not healthy. No product, including Cardio Life will change the food and drink choices a person makes. However, a person choosing to use Cardio Life, flavored with the proprietary sugar substitute Healthy and Sweet,  is already on the path of good health consciousness.
